At present, the test efficiency of N-type TOPCon cell exceeds 26.5%, and the yield in mass production exceeds 96.5%.

As early as when the PV industry was still discussing whether N-type could become the mainstream technology route of the industry, SJEF Solar decided to enter the N-type track and lay out the R&D and mass production of N-type TOPCon cells by relying on the resources and experience accumulated by its parent company Shijing Technology in the PV field for 20 years. When the N-type cell production line is initially planned, SJEF Solar had already proactively deployed multiple advanced technology import capabilities such as 0BB technology and half-cut edge passivation technology. In view of the excellent compatibility of TOPCon technology, SJEF Solar will continue to improve the efficiency of N-type TOPCon cells in the future, while conducting research and development of battery technology in BC, HJT, and PSC and other fields to enhance Shijing’s product competitiveness and provide customers with superior products and benefits.

 

 

Worry-free Order Delivery

Currently, in terms of new energy, SJEF Solar has two major industrial bases in Ningguo, Anhui and Ziyang, Sichuan, with a total planned capacity of 40GW solar cells and 40GW silicon wafers. It is expected that by the end of 2024, the production capacity of SJEF Solar’s N-type TOPCon high-efficiency cells will reach 20GW. The “SJEF Solar Scale” and “SJEF Solar Speed” will provide strong support for the continuous supply of main materials for SJEF Solar’s N-type solar cells and worry-free delivery of N-type solar cells.
